Jay is a Master SCUBA Diver Trainer and has been diving since 1989. He is certified through PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) as well as PSS (Professional SCUBA Schools).
He is a certified technician for Cressi, Sherwood, Genesis, and OTS.
Jay has experience diving in various lakes in Texas and the oceans and seas of Pa
